Las ciudades de Cochabamba, Quillacollo, Tarija, Oruro y El Alto registran baja calidad del aire, seg\u00fan el Informe Nacional de Calidad del Aire de Bolivia, inform\u00f3 este viernes el viceministro de Medio de Ambiente, Mag\u00edn Herrera.\u201cLa calidad del aire en Bolivia es buena, pero preocupa algunas ciudades como Cochabamba, Tarija, Oruro y El Alto\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>

Para evaluar y definir propuestas que permitan mejorar la calidad de aire, se desarrollar\u00e1 entre el 21 y 22 de agosto, el II Encuentro Nacional de la Red de Monitoreo de la Calidad del Aire \u2013 Red MoniCA, en la ciudad de La Paz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La baja calidad del aire se debe a una alta poluci\u00f3n, alta suspensi\u00f3n de part\u00edculas, ventarrones, humaredas de los incendios y la emisi\u00f3n de gases de las industrias, del parque automotor e incluso las khoas tradicionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las humaredas son comunes entre mayo y noviembre, por los focos de calor debido a los incendios forestales. Ante esa situaci\u00f3n, se ejecuta el plan de prevenci\u00f3n y combate de incendios forestales para mitigar los efectos en el aire y medio ambiente en general.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
