El secretario de Desarrollo Humano del Gobierno Municipal de Cercado, Waldo Flores, ha lamentado que los presidentes de barrio\u00a0ni los de distrito puedan pensar en la educaci\u00f3n de sus hijos a la hora de proponer sus presupuestos anuales,\u00a0peor en esta situaci\u00f3n donde se est\u00e1n reduciendo los recursos a Tarija.<\/p>

\u201cPara la secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Humano el presupuesto del a\u00f1o pasado o de cualquier a\u00f1o ser\u00e1 insuficiente, nosotros estamos conscientes como direcci\u00f3n de nuestro alcalde, quien nos dice que la educaci\u00f3n es la n\u00famero uno, tenemos que educarnos para salir de pobres porque no hay otra manera y yo el a\u00f1o pasado\u00a0ya dec\u00eda con mucha pena del porqu\u00e9 los presidentes de barrio y distrito no presupuestan para los colegios nada\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, ha indicado que la Federaci\u00f3n Departamental de Juntas Vecinales (FEDJUVE) se ha comprometido por lo que esperan que la educaci\u00f3n pueda tener esta prioridad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMuchas veces me preguntaba si los presidentes de barrio y distrito no tienen hijos en los colegios porque lo \u00fanico que ven es por la plaza, el empedrado,\u00a0la luz y cuando se han preocupado por los colegios donde van los ni\u00f1os, pero a ver si este a\u00f1o es diferente porque se comprometieron a apoyar\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
