En las \u00faltimas horas se report\u00f3 la presunta muerte masiva de cangrejos en Tarija, hecho que ser\u00e1 investigado por el Viceministerio de Medio Ambiente, Biodiversidad, Cambios Clim\u00e1ticos y Desarrollo Forestal.<\/p>

\u201cUnos hablan de millones, otros de miles, estamos con esa duda (pero) estamos haciendo las averiguaciones, la verificaci\u00f3n in situ (en el lugar). Nos extra\u00f1a esa mortalidad, lo m\u00e1s extra\u00f1o es que no se tiene ning\u00fan reporte de la Gobernaci\u00f3n\u201d, lament\u00f3 el viceministro Mag\u00edn Herrera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La autoridad remarc\u00f3 que la Gobernaci\u00f3n de Tarija debe realizar el control, monitoreo y vigilancia. Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, el Viceministerio envi\u00f3 una nota pidiendo informaci\u00f3n oficial sobre este caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cVa a ser necesaria una visita in situ, en eso estamos trabajando para que nuestro equipo multidisciplinario vaya all\u00e1 de manera neutral y que las muestras sean llevadas al laboratorio para tener una informaci\u00f3n real\u201d, manifest\u00f3 Herrera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El martes, comunarios se alarmaron tras ver una alfombra de cangrejos y peces muertos en San Jacinto, ubicada al norte de Tarija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La especie crust\u00e1cea es caracter\u00edstica de la capital chapaca y del valle central de Tarija; a\u00fan se desconocen las causas detr\u00e1s de la masiva muerte de cangrejos, por lo que autoridades municipales creen que podr\u00eda tratarse de una contaminaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica en el lugar, pero el hecho a\u00fan est\u00e1 en investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
