El ejecutivo de los trabajadores municipales de Tarija, Walter Oropeza, ha se\u00f1alado que el concejal por el Movimiento Tercer Sistema (MTS)\u00a0Ervin Mancilla es el enemigo de los trabajadores municipales por \u201cmeterse\u201d con el bono incentivo municipal,\u00a0por lo que se\u00f1alan que van a representarse como trabajadores y defender este beneficio.<\/p>

\u201cNosotros los trabajadores municipales repudiamos todas esas ideas del concejal Mancilla, en primer lugar hablamos de la billetera m\u00f3vil esto no es factible porque nosotros en la alcald\u00eda hemos firmado un laudo arbitral que con el tiempo se ha llegado a los 2850,\u00a0no es que de la noche a la ma\u00f1ana se viene beneficiando el incentivo bono municipal\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, ha indicado que Mancilla solo busca protagonismo pol\u00edtico pues se vienen las elecciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEl se\u00f1or Mancilla no sabe de normas, esto ya est\u00e1 sacramentado, puede hacer un amparo pero nosotros vamos a representar todo esto.\u00a0En cuesti\u00f3n a la billetera m\u00f3vil no se van a beneficiar los productores, solo quiere protagonismo pol\u00edtico, ya vienen las elecciones\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
