Luis Casso ha informado que cree que fue un error licitar la supervisi\u00f3n del proyecto Isiri \u2013 La Central, cuando no se tiene un dise\u00f1o final, pues no se conocen los detalles t\u00e9cnicos del proyecto, en que condiciones se encuentra y el mont\u00f3 exacto que costar\u00e1 para reactivar la obra hasta su conclusi\u00f3n.<\/p><div id=\"tarij-2062469098\" class=\"tarij-contenido tarij-entity-placement\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tarijanoticias.com.bo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/WhatsApp-Video-2026-04-10-at-16.08.56.gif\" alt=\"\"  width=\"640\" height=\"80\"   \/><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo ha indicado que que solicitar\u00e1 informaci\u00f3n sobre el proyecto y reiter\u00f3 que no esta convencido de la licitaci\u00f3n de la supervisi\u00f3n, cuando no se tiene un proyecto final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, el representante del Transporte, Marco Antonio Guaygua ha se\u00f1alado que la empresa que se adjudique la supervisi\u00f3n del proyecto, tendr\u00e1 primero que revisar toda la documentaci\u00f3n, validar y complementarla, para determinar los detalles t\u00e9cnicos, que tipos de trabajos se tienen que hacer y cu\u00e1nto llegar\u00e1 a costar el proyecto hasta su conclusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s ha dicho que en varias oportunidades se ha solicitado informaci\u00f3n del proyecto, pero la ejecutiva seccional de Desarrollo de Villa Montes, Karen S\u00e1nchez no brind\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n para conocer la situaci\u00f3n actual de la
