<\/div>\n\n\n\nEl alcalde Jhonny Torres Terzo, neg\u00f3 que el conflicto en la zona contin\u00fae, agreg\u00f3 que considera que no hay necesidad de ninguna movilizaci\u00f3n ni presi\u00f3n, si hubiera alguna promovida por los vecinos, seguramente estar\u00eda con ellos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La alcald\u00eda ha cumplido al 100% lo que nos hemos comprometido, primero, en caso de definirse por la expropiaci\u00f3n total, el municipio ten\u00eda que haber abierto una partida presupuestaria en su presupuesto 2024, afirm\u00f3 al pedir a los vecinos verificar eso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La partida presupuestaria est\u00e1 abierta con unos 300 mil bolivianos, lo importante es tener una ventana de presupuesto despu\u00e9s pueden cargarse recursos, dijo al admitir que lo grave ser\u00eda no tener estaba ni presupuesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cEs un tema que he cumplido al 100%\u201d, reiter\u00f3 al informar que a partir del primer d\u00eda h\u00e1bil del 2024 se inicia el procedimiento de expropiaci\u00f3n de este terreno, si alguien considera que no se hace nada est\u00e1 actuando pol\u00edticamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Torres Terzo adem\u00e1s inform\u00f3 que el martes se reuni\u00f3 con la dirigencia del barrio La Pampa y la familia Rocha Carrazana, propietaria del predio, \u201cjuntos\u201d y se ha vuelto a decir que no existe ning\u00fan problema y que se cumple el acuerdo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Para el alcalde es un desprop\u00f3sito hablar de alg\u00fan tipo de movilizaci\u00f3n, el predio quedar\u00e1 para beneficio del barrio, por eso se har\u00e1 la expropiaci\u00f3n y se compensar\u00e1 a los propietarios, probablemente con otro terreno fuera de la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
