Diputados del MAS eligieron a Israel Huaytari como postulante a la Presidencia de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados 2023 – 2024, mientras que a Jerges Mercado, actual presidente de Diputados, lo designaron como jefe de bancada nacional.<\/p>

En reuni\u00f3n de bancada en Casa Grande del Pueblo, donde no estuvo el presidente Luis Arce ni el vicepresidente David Choquehuanca, seg\u00fan declararon, se eligi\u00f3 al candidato que deber\u00e1 consolidar su elecci\u00f3n en votaci\u00f3n en una sesi\u00f3n plenaria de Diputados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por mayor\u00eda absoluta de los asistentes a la reuni\u00f3n, el diputado potosino Israel Huaytari fue postulado para la Presidencia de Diputados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAgradecer a todos los diputados que acompa\u00f1an la gesti\u00f3n del presidente Luis Arce. Son retos que hay que enfrentar, nos enmarcamos en el ordenamiento democr\u00e1tico para asumir la presidencia de Diputados y coordinaremos el trabajo con las organizaciones sociales\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Huaytari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De la reuni\u00f3n no participaron legisladores del ala \u201cevista\u201d, quienes eligieron como candidato a la presidencia de Diputados a Freddy Mamani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mercado agradeci\u00f3 a sus colegas parlamentarios por haberlo elegido como jefe de bancada nacional para la gesti\u00f3n 2023 \u2013 2024, y comprometi\u00f3 trabajar hasta el \u00faltimo d\u00eda de su gesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
