<\/div>\n\n\n\nLa denuncia fue presentada por Morales ante la Fiscal\u00eda General de Sucre en octubre pasado, sustentada por\u00a0audios en los que supuestamente se escucha a Arce Mosqueira\u00a0hablar con empresarios sobre negociados en proyectos de litio y gas, con el aval de su padre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Morales incluso comparti\u00f3 el audio en sus redes sociales, donde expres\u00f3: \u00abDicen que no hay que meter a la familia en pol\u00edtica, m\u00e1s bien\u00a0deber\u00edan cuidar de que la familia no se meta con el patrimonio del pueblo boliviano, en una cuesti\u00f3n de Estado\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El caso fue inicialmente admitido por la Fiscal\u00eda y derivado a La Paz para su investigaci\u00f3n, quedando a cargo de la fiscal Roc\u00edo Feraudi y radic\u00e1ndose ante el Juzgado Primero Anticorrupci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, seg\u00fan los registros del Ministerio P\u00fablico hasta la fecha actual,\u00a0el estado de proceso es \u00abrechazado\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La\u00a0posibilidad de impugnaci\u00f3n a\u00fan est\u00e1 abierta,\u00a0y en caso de que se presente, ser\u00e1 responsabilidad del fiscal departamental determinar la procedencia o no del recurso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
