Aratia ha informado que se tienen serios problemas en el proyecto de construcci\u00f3n de la Terminal de Buses en Yacuiba, ya que los terrenos en d\u00f3nde se construye la obra, todav\u00eda no pasaron a nombre del Gobierno Aut\u00f3nomo Municipal de Yacuiba, ni se urbaniza a\u00fan la zona.<\/p><div id=\"tarij-4248575675\" class=\"tarij-contenido tarij-entity-placement\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tarijanoticias.com.bo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/WhatsApp-Video-2026-04-10-at-16.08.56.gif\" alt=\"\"  width=\"640\" height=\"80\"   \/><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo ha dicho que existe una resoluci\u00f3n del Tribunal Agroambiental, por una denuncia interpuesta por una vecina, siendo que la zona antes, era un \u00e1rea rural, pero ahora esta dentro de la mancha urbana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed tambi\u00e9n ha se\u00f1alado que la zona a\u00fan no ha sido urbanizada, ni tampoco se realiz\u00f3 el tr\u00e1mite para la transferencia de los terrenos a favor de la Alcald\u00eda de Yacuiba, ya que se deben impuestos de los predios que se encuentran a nombre de la familia Portillo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAparentemente se estar\u00eda pretendiendo cobrar por parte del municipio como construcci\u00f3n clandestina, pues son varias las observaciones que se tienen de fondo al proyecto, adem\u00e1s habr\u00edan realizado varios compromisos por parte del exejecutivo regional transitorio y el exalcalde<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
