present\u00f3 una ley para que\u00a0se pueda cambiar el alumbrado p\u00fablico de energ\u00eda convencional a energ\u00eda renovable, es decir, con pantallas led que se recargar\u00e1n con el sol.<\/p><div id=\"tarij-640946541\" class=\"tarij-contenido tarij-entity-placement\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tarijanoticias.com.bo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/WhatsApp-Video-2026-04-10-at-16.08.56.gif\" alt=\"\"  width=\"640\" height=\"80\"   \/><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese marco, cont\u00f3 que\u00a0desde el a\u00f1o pasado viene insistiendo con este tema al Alcalde de Cercado, pero no obtuvo respuesta alguna, es as\u00ed que ahora con esta se pretende cambiar el alumbrado p\u00fablico y esto al ser m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mico se podr\u00e1 cubrir los barrios periurbanos de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mancilla a\u00f1adi\u00f3: \u201cLos barrios de Tarija est\u00e1n inmersos a la inseguridad en las noches\u00a0porque hay camionetas y motos que entran y nadie sabe qui\u00e9nes son porque no hay alumbrado p\u00fablico y estas pantallas led a energ\u00eda solar ayudar\u00e1 a cubrir m\u00e1s territorio porque no necesita de cables\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, dijo que el precio de estas pantallas es de 1280 bolivianos cada una, adem\u00e1s, que al implementarlas\u00a0el
