Ministro de Obras P\u00fablicas, Edgar Monta\u00f1o, se ha dado inicio con la gesti\u00f3n de financiamiento para el emplazamiento de la Planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales (PTAR).<\/p><div id=\"tarij-2274596129\" class=\"tarij-contenido tarij-entity-placement\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tarijanoticias.com.bo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/WhatsApp-Video-2026-04-10-at-16.08.56.gif\" alt=\"\"  width=\"640\" height=\"80\"   \/><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Torres indic\u00f3 que se encuentra a la espera de una reuni\u00f3n con el gobierno central para determinar las condiciones del cr\u00e9dito y el convenio de financiamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El alcalde tambi\u00e9n asever\u00f3 que la cartera de cr\u00e9dito ya fue aprobada y saluda el compromiso que hizo el gobierno en el mes de
