Waldo Tarifa, asesor legal de la Secretar\u00eda de la Mujer y Familia del Gobierno Municipal de Tarija, ha informado que\u00a0se ha logrado la sentencia de 15 a\u00f1os de privaci\u00f3n de libertad contra un hombre de 28 a\u00f1os que abus\u00f3 sexualmente de su hijastra de 12 a\u00f1os desde el a\u00f1o 2022.<\/p>

\u201cSe dio una sentencia condenatoria de 15 a\u00f1os para el agresor, estos hechos han ocurrido en el a\u00f1o 2022 donde la menor de edad\u00a0v\u00ecctima de 12 a\u00f1os le dice a su madre que era constantemente objeto de tocamientos por parte del agresor, y por temor que le pase lo mismo a su hermanita menor es que le avisa a la madre\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tarija ha indicado que de manera inmediata se aprehende al agresor, aunque en este caso tambi\u00e9n se encuentran aplicando una medida de protecci\u00f3n para la v\u00edctima. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTodo a la vez que observamos descuido de parte de la madre para llevar a la menor a sus terapias, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del fortalecimiento familiar que se realiz\u00f3 encontramos esta conducta negativa.
