<\/div>\n\n\n\nTal y como estaba anunciado,\u00a0la dirigencia del Pacto de Unidad arcista no particip\u00f3\u00a0en esa reuni\u00f3n convocada por el exmandatario.
Morales, en una conferencia de prensa, record\u00f3 que en alg\u00fan momento el propio presidente Luis Arce habl\u00f3 de un \u00abcongreso de unidad\u00bb y asegur\u00f3 que escuch\u00f3 atentamente ese mensaje.
Entonces, \u00abpara fortalecer al MAS, hemos convocado a las confederaciones del presidente\u00a0(…) aunque algunos (de sus dirigentes) no son militantes legalmente inscritos en el MAS, (…) hemos esperado hasta las 10.00, no se han presentado\u00bb,\u00a0dijo.
\u00abAhora hemos decidido convocar al nuevo congreso con nuestras confederaciones del Pacto de Unidad, que hacen vida org\u00e1nica en el MAS y son militantes legalmente inscritos, cumpliendo con el estatuto y normas vigentes\u00bb, agreg\u00f3.
Remarc\u00f3 que esta\u00a0nueva convocatoria fue aprobada por unanimidad y firmada por el 95% de los dirigentes del MAS\u00a0porque, seg\u00fan record\u00f3, en una pasada ocasi\u00f3n el\u00a0Tribunal Supremo Electoral\u00a0observ\u00f3 que la convocatoria al congreso del MAS no haya sido realizada por toda la dirigencia.
Afirm\u00f3 que en esta ocasi\u00f3n tampoco est\u00e1 firmada\u00a0por la totalidad\u00a0de los dirigentes porque algunos de ellos est\u00e1n cumpliendo funciones como embajadores o en ministerios, y tienen licencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
