que se atraviesa actualmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, consider\u00f3 que el Gobierno Nacional no cuenta con el suficiente presupuesto para arrancar el primer trimestre de la pr\u00f3xima gesti\u00f3n, por lo que inst\u00f3 a Luis Arce a que se adelanten las Elecciones Generales y no as\u00ed a que renuncie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Soliz asegur\u00f3 que el Banco Central de Bolivia (BCB) no cuenta con dinero y que se ha convertido en un banco \u00abfantasma\u00bb, por lo que duda que Bolivia llegue a las Elecciones Generales de diciembre del
