El asamble\u00edsta departamental de Tarija, Andr\u00e9s Julio Torres, anunci\u00f3 que tomar\u00e1n acciones legales y presi\u00f3n social contra Alan Barca, presidente de la Asamblea Legislativa Departamental de Tarija (ALDT), y su equipo por no dar curso a la Ley del 45%.<\/p>

Seg\u00fan Torres, la ALDT ha incumplido su deber al no permitir el debate y la aprobaci\u00f3n de este proyecto de ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLo m\u00e1s importante es generar presi\u00f3n, presi\u00f3n social en la ALDT\u201d, manifest\u00f3 Torres en una entrevista. \u201cTambi\u00e9n hay una opci\u00f3n de poder, tambi\u00e9n desde un punto de vista legal, de exigir que cumplan su deber\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Torres critic\u00f3 la actuaci\u00f3n del secretario general de la asamblea, quien seg\u00fan \u00e9l, est\u00e1 \u201centre la espada y la pared\u201d al tener que cumplir con las \u00f3rdenes de Alan Barca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Torres considera que la Ley del 45% es justa para el departamento de Tarija y que es necesario debatirla y aprobarla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
