Departamental de Tarija, Sandra Guti\u00e9rrez, emiti\u00f3 una imputaci\u00f3n y orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra Evo Morales por el delito de trata y tr\u00e1fico de personas y denunci\u00f3 que tras hacerse p\u00fablico el edicto, una diputada del Movimiento Al Socialismo (MAS) del ala evista amenaz\u00f3 a su persona con iniciarle un proceso legal.<\/p><div id=\"tarij-532562029\" class=\"tarij-contenido tarij-entity-placement\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tarijanoticias.com.bo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/WhatsApp-Video-2026-04-10-at-16.08.56.gif\" alt=\"\"  width=\"640\" height=\"80\"   \/><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guti\u00e9rrez considera que dicha amenaza de proceso no tiene sentido, ya que sino se procesar\u00eda a los fiscales de todos los departamentos por cumplir con su trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, la Fiscal se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la defensa de Morales asegur\u00f3 que el proceso no es legal porque no fue notificado record\u00f3 que la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n \u00abno se notifica, se ejecuta\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guti\u00e9rrez agreg\u00f3 que Morales tuvo 10 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles para presentarse y poder declarar, pero a causa de su negativa es que se procedi\u00f3 a exigir su detenci\u00f3n preventiva por el lapso de 6 meses con fines
