<\/a>El presidente Luis Arce posesion\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles a Rub\u00e9n Alejandro M\u00e9ndez Estrada como nuevo Ministro de Medio Ambiente y Agua.<\/p>

La posesi\u00f3n se desarroll\u00f3 en Casa Grande del Pueblo, sede de la Presidencia del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M\u00e9ndez Estrada reemplaza en el cargo a Juan Santos Cruz, quien renunci\u00f3 al cargo a exigencia del primer mandatario, y que desde ayer, martes, tiene c\u00e1rcel preventiva tras prestar su declaraci\u00f3n informativa ante la Fiscal\u00eda, en el marco de la investigaci\u00f3n por legitimaci\u00f3n de ganancias il\u00edcitas que lo involucran en movimientos millonarios y denuncias de cobros de sobornos a empresas contratistas de obras civiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Ministerio de Medio Ambiente y Agua en el marco del Plan de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Social, promueve el desarrollo equitativo, reciproco y en armon\u00eda con la Madre Tierra, mediante la gesti\u00f3n integral del recurso h\u00eddrico, el acceso al agua potable y saneamiento, el riego para la seguridad alimentaria, as\u00ed como el manejo integral del ambiente y los sistemas de vida, para Vivir Bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
