Siles explic\u00f3 que las tres grandes industrias proveedoras de carne en el pa\u00eds, y exportadoras a China, incrementaron la entrega del producto para el mercado nacional de 42 toneladas, la \u00faltima semana de mayo, a 86 toneladas el fin de semana pasado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cEstos frigor\u00edficos industriales inciden en un 30 a 35% de todo el mercado, pero inciden fuertemente. Entonces, el que hayamos subido a 86 toneladas por d\u00eda implica una mayor cantidad de oferta\u201d, precis\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Resalt\u00f3 que esas 86 toneladas implican una incidencia del 50% en el mercado de La Paz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ante ello, el precio del kilo en gancho de la carne de res baj\u00f3 de Bs 44 a Bs 37 y lo que se busca es que este \u00faltimo costo se mantenga o \u201cincluso baje un poco m\u00e1s\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Asimismo, el viceministro dijo que la medida ya provoc\u00f3 que el precio de la pulpa, corriente y especial, baje entre Bs 5 y Bs 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSeguimos en negociaciones, en di\u00e1logo con Contracabol (Confederaci\u00f3n Nacional de Trabajadores en Carne de Bolivia), tambi\u00e9n con los ganaderos y este es un esfuerzo conjunto\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
