El gobernador del departamento de Tarija, Oscar Montes Garz\u00f3n, inform\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n que la Gobernaci\u00f3n no cuenta con los recursos econ\u00f3micos necesarios para continuar haci\u00e9ndose cargo del financiamiento de los \u00edtems de salud, correspondientes a los niveles primero y segundo.<\/p>

\u00abLastimosamente, no existen los recursos para que la Gobernaci\u00f3n siga asumiendo esta responsabilidad. Es el Gobierno Nacional quien debe hacerse cargo de estos \u00edtems\u00bb, declar\u00f3 la autoridad departamental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Montes record\u00f3 que esta solicitud no es nueva, ya que desde el inicio de su gesti\u00f3n se ha solicitado de manera reiterada la migraci\u00f3n de dichos \u00edtems al nivel central, tal como establece la normativa vigente. \u00abNo podemos seguir asumiendo competencias que no nos corresponden, porque no tenemos la capacidad financiera para sostenerlas\u00bb, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, el Gobernador insisti\u00f3 en que es urgente que el Gobierno Nacional asuma esta responsabilidad, para garantizar el funcionamiento adecuado del sistema de salud y la atenci\u00f3n a la poblaci\u00f3n en el primer y segundo nivel.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
