Canaviri reconoci\u00f3 que la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica del departamento tambi\u00e9n influye, pues los ingresos por regal\u00edas disminuyeron de 33 a 18 millones de bolivianos mensuales, lo que provoca un desfase en la ejecuci\u00f3n de programas.
