<\/div>\n\n\n\n\u00abEl a\u00f1o pasado, en estrados judiciales se ha logrado 55 sentencias. Este a\u00f1o, hasta marzo se han logrado 33 sentencias\u00bb, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De las sentencias 55 en 2022, 16 fueron absolutorias y 38 condenatorias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00abQuiere decir que se ha hecho un trabajo bastante importante, siempre objetivo, tratando de preservar el debido proceso de las partes\u201d, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De las recientes 33 sentencias, 8 son por el delito de ganancias il\u00edcitas y 25 por delitos de corrupci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Los resultados demuestran a la poblaci\u00f3n que toda denuncia fundamentada, hecha verbalmente, en l\u00ednea o incluso en las redes sociales es investigada hasta llegar a una sentencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00abLa investigaci\u00f3n que se hace a una persona no puede ser subjetiva, porque cuando caemos en la subjetividad no solamente podemos cometer errores, sino arbitrariedades (…) \u00bfCu\u00e1ndo uno tiene que investigar?, cuando hay evidencia de que algo est\u00e1 pasando, cuando hay una denuncia y cuando el hecho es de demasiada trascendencia\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Destac\u00f3 que ahora la poblaci\u00f3n que tenga su ciudadan\u00eda digital podr\u00e1 hacer la denuncia desde el lugar donde se encuentre mediante el Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de Denuncias Sipreco.2Plus, una plataforma digital que podr\u00e1 ser abierta desde su celular o computadora con acceso a Internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
