Torres tambi\u00e9n remarc\u00f3 la importancia de la unidad m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las organizaciones pol\u00edticas. \u201cNosotros apreciamos mucho a nuestros partidos pol\u00edticos pero ahora solo es la rojo y blanco (la bandera de Tarija)\u201d, manifest\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
