El alcalde de Cercado, Johnny Torres, manifest\u00f3 que el retraso respecto al registro del terreno para emplazar la Planta de Tratamiento\u00a0es de Derechos Reales y no as\u00ed del municipio.<\/p>

En esa l\u00ednea explic\u00f3 que\u00a0el municipio de Cercado es el due\u00f1o de las 18 hect\u00e1reas, por lo que el registro en Derechos Reales solo da \u201cpublicidad nada m\u00e1s\u201d, pero la demora es de esta entidad, ya que hasta el momento se tiene registrada una fracci\u00f3n y falta la segunda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Torres a\u00f1adi\u00f3: \u201cNos dijeron que hasta la primera quincena del mes de junio ya va a estar registrado espero sea as\u00ed, pero estares una demora de Derechos Reales y no del municipio, porque a nosotros se nos adjudic\u00f3 el terreno antes del 15 de abril\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para finalizar, dijo que ya se tienen saneadas 10 hect\u00e1reas y solamente faltan 9, por lo que esperan que en la siguiente semana se concluya con esto y de esa manera acelerar la construcci\u00f3n de esta obra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
